Toyka's Deicing and Anti Icing System enables high-speed train operations to run smoothly and without disruption during snowy and icy conditions in winter, ensuring the longevity of high-speed train systems and bogies.

The system functions by applying a special solution sprayed from its nozzles onto the underside of the trains, effectively eliminating snow and ice formation on the bogies and undercarriages.

At Toyka's facility, deicing and anti icing processes can be conducted for both CAF and Siemens train sets. This eliminates the need for separate facilities for these different sets, streamlining operations. The deicing process can be completed within a maximum of 30 minutes, ensuring that the trains are ready for service promptly.

The facility is entirely based on domestic engineering design and manufacturing. All software, hardware, and their selections have been made by domestic engineers.
